Our Privacy Promise
For this flywheel to work, candidates have to feel safe exploring. That's why privacy isn't a feature here — it's the foundation.
No public profile. Nothing you give us is searchable on the open web. Search engines can't index your profile.
Anonymous by default. Employers see an anonymous code (e.g. BTK-1042), your function, seniority, motivation and compensation expectations. Never your name, never your current employer (unless you explicitly opt in).
Per-request consent. Each intro request requires your explicit yes. You can decline, report, or block any employer.
Strict employer vetting. Employers are hand-reviewed before they can browse. Suspended for any abuse.
Database-level enforcement. Our database itself prevents employers from ever reading your private contact information. It is not a policy — it is enforced in code.
You can leave. Hide your profile or delete your account anytime.
